McMaster researcher unlocking the potential of wastewater sludge

Younggy Kim, Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering and Canada Research Chair in Water and Health, has partnered with inCTRL, a small consulting company in Oakville that specializes in monitoring, modelling and control of wastewater treatment systems, to develop a new model for the pre-treatment of wastewater sludge. This collaboration is funded by the Southern Ontario Water Consortium's Advancing Water Technologies (AWT) program.
